HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, has expressed his desire to kick off the activities of the 20th Doha Forum. In his view, over the years the Doha Forum has developed into a global platform for diplomacy, dialogue, and development, becoming an arena to discuss solutions to international challenges.
“We look forward to launching the 20th edition of Doha Forum under the kind patronage of His Highness the Amir of State of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. Over the years, Doha Forum has evolved into a global platform for diplomacy, dialogue and development, becoming an arena to discuss solutions for international challenges,” the FM said on Twitter.
Leaders in policy will discuss critical challenges facing our world during the two-day Doha Forum, which is themed Transforming for a New Era. This will be the 20th year since the forum was first established to promote the exchange of ideas, discourse, policymaking, and action-oriented recommendations.
